Everything You Need to Know

Hot desk memberships (Flex and Full Member) are month-to-month with no lock-in. Private offices require a minimum 3-month term. Day passes require no commitment whatsoever.
Yes. Flex, Full Member, and Private Office plans all include our premium business address service for official company registration and mail handling.
Full Member and Private Office plans include 24/7 key-card access. Flex members have access during core hours (7am–10pm). Day passes are for core hours only.
Absolutely. All members may bring guests to meeting rooms at any time. Guest day passes are available at a discounted rate of $19/day for member guests.
Credits are allocated monthly and expire at month-end (they do not roll over). Additional hours can be purchased at $25/hour. Booking is done via the Vertex member app.
We operate on a 10 Gbps dedicated fiber connection with full hardware redundancy and a secondary failover line. Members routinely upload large video files and run multi-person video conferences without issue.
Yes. Private offices can be fitted with your company logo, custom signage, and branded elements. Our team will work with you on the fit-out. Some customizations require security deposit.
