We'll ask for your pet's name, breed, age, coat condition, and any behavioural notes. For first-time clients, we recommend a brief phone consultation to discuss your pet's specific needs.
Timing depends on breed, coat condition, and service. Bath & Brush typically takes 60–90 minutes; Full Grooms take 90–150 minutes. We will give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop off.
Yes — this is where we truly specialise. All our groomers are Fear Free certified. We work at your pet's pace, use positive reinforcement, and never force or rush. For very anxious pets we can arrange a meet-and-greet first.
We do. Sophie specialises in cat grooming and works in a separate, dog-free section of the studio. We offer baths, de-matting, lion clips, and hygiene trims for cats.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $15 fee. We understand emergencies happen — please just let us know as soon as possible.
