We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead for local moves and 4–8 weeks for long-distance. However, we often have last-minute availability — call us and we will do our best.

Yes. Every move includes basic released value protection at no charge. Full value protection can be added for an additional fee, covering replacement cost for any damaged items.

We supply all packing materials — boxes, tape, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, dish packs — as part of our packing service, or available for purchase separately.

Local moves are billed hourly based on crew size and truck. Long-distance moves are based on weight and distance with a binding estimate. We never charge hidden fees.

Yes. We have trained specialists and proper equipment for pianos, gun safes, pool tables, fine art, and oversized furniture. Please let us know when booking.

In the rare event of damage, our claims team responds within 48 hours. We carry $1M in cargo insurance and take full responsibility for items we have packed.
