Lune opened in 2019 with a single belief: nail care in the UK deserved to feel as considered and premium as a facial at a luxury spa. Not faster. Not cheaper. Better.

Every product at Lune is chosen for its safety, ethics, and performance. All products are vegan and cruelty-free. Our sanitation protocol exceeds CQC standards. Our furniture was designed to make a 90-minute appointment feel like a retreat, not a conveyor belt.

We keep our appointment slots spacious on purpose. You will never be rushed. You will always be listened to. And you will always leave feeling exactly the way we intended — like someone took the time to treat you beautifully.

Questions Answered

You can book online via our booking form below, or call us directly. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for weekends. Same-day appointments are sometimes available — call to check availability.

Gel polish typically lasts 2–4 weeks depending on your lifestyle. BIAB and builder gel can last 4–6 weeks. We recommend booking your next appointment before you leave so you are not caught without.

No — we offer gel removal as part of any new gel or BIAB booking. Just mention it when you book so we can allocate enough time. Removing gel from another salon may carry a small supplement.

All of our standard products are vegan and free from the most common harmful chemicals. However, we always recommend checking with your midwife or GP before any beauty treatment during pregnancy. We will be happy to share a full product list on request.

Yes — gift vouchers are available in any amount and can be purchased in studio or by contacting us. They are valid for 12 months and can be used against any service or product.

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value. We appreciate your understanding — this protects our artists' livelihoods.
