Since 2009, Bright Futures has worked in under-resourced communities to bridge the opportunity gap through proven programs, dedicated volunteers, and transparent stewardship of donor funds.

Our four core programs address the key barriers that prevent youth from reaching their full potential.

Education

Scholarship Fund

We award need-based scholarships from $1,000 to $10,000 to graduating seniors pursuing higher education. 847 scholars funded since 2009.

Mentorship Program

One-on-one mentoring with vetted adult professionals. Students meet weekly with their mentor for a minimum of one year. 320 active pairs.

Safe after-school spaces with tutoring, STEM activities, arts, and healthy meals for middle-schoolers in 14 partner school locations.
