Your physiotherapist conducts a thorough subjective and physical assessment to identify the root cause of your condition — not just the symptoms.
A tailored treatment plan is created with clear goals, expected outcomes, and a realistic timeline. You understand every step before we start.
Hands-on therapy and guided exercises begin immediately. Most patients notice measurable improvement within 2–4 sessions.
You leave with a personalised home program, education on injury prevention, and open access to your physio for follow-up questions.
“After two years of chronic lower back pain and seeing three different practitioners with no result, I found MotionCare. James identified a movement pattern issue in my first session that others had completely missed. Six weeks later I am pain-free and back running.”
“Sarah specialises in pelvic floor and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The care, professionalism, and genuine results she achieved were life-changing. Every session was evidence-based and her communication was exceptional.”
“Liam got me back to competitive rugby in 10 weeks after a grade 2 ACL partial tear. His return-to-sport protocol was thorough, measured, and I actually feel stronger than I was before the injury. The gold standard in sports physio.”

Most private health insurance policies include physiotherapy cover. We are registered with all major health funds and can process your claims in-clinic electronically.
