A disciplined, welcoming space for anyone ready to move with more precision, power, and ease. Classical mat, reformer, and contemporary pilates — taught by instructors who genuinely care about your progression.
Every class at Form is thoughtfully designed. Whether you are brand new to pilates or a seasoned practitioner, we have a method and a level that meets you where you are.
The original sequence developed by Joseph Pilates. 34 exercises performed on a mat, focusing on core strength, spinal articulation, and breath coordination. The foundation of all pilates practice.
A guided introduction to the Pilates Reformer. Learn footwork, the hundred, leg circles, and the short spine series. Small class sizes ensure individual attention and safe spring adjustment.
A dynamic, flowing sequence on the reformer — connecting exercises with smooth transitions, challenging balance, and building both strength and control. Suitable for those who have completed Fundamentals.
A therapeutic mat class designed in collaboration with a chartered physiotherapist. Ideal for those with chronic lower back pain, disc issues, or recovering from injury. Gentle, informed, and highly effective.
Ballet-inspired barre exercises fused with pilates principles. Isometric holds, small-range movements, and a core-burning standing sequence that sculpts and tones without bulk.
A fully personalised session with your chosen instructor on mat or reformer. Ideal for beginners, those with specific goals, injury rehabilitation, or clients who want to progress quickly.
Classes run weekly. Book up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations accepted up to 12 hours before class.
Every instructor at Form holds a full pilates certification and brings additional expertise — from physiotherapy to dance to sports science.

Form was founded in 2015 by Jade Nguyen with a single reformer and a waiting list. The mission has never changed: create a space where pilates is taught properly, with genuine attention to every student who walks through the door.
We are not a class-of-fifty studio where you are a face in the crowd. We limit every class to six students so our instructors can see you, correct you, and celebrate you. The results speak for themselves.
Pilates is a practice, not a quick fix. We take the long view — building your strength, mobility, and body awareness in a way that serves you for decades. Our studio is a place to return to, week after week, and notice yourself getting quietly, unmistakably stronger.
Max 6 students per class. Every instructor knows your name.
All instructors hold full STOTT Pilates or equivalent certifications.
Month-to-month memberships. No commitment, no cancellation fees.
87% of members report measurable improvement within 8 weeks.
We offer a complimentary trial class to all new students. Pick any group class, any level. Come and see if Form is the right fit for you.
We recommend starting with Classical Mat (All Levels) or Reformer Fundamentals. Both are designed for newcomers. Your instructor will offer modifications and watch your form throughout. You do not need any experience to attend either class.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows your instructor to see your alignment. Grip socks are required for reformer classes — we sell them in studio if you need a pair. Bring water. Mats and all equipment are provided.
Two to three times per week is the sweet spot for most students. Pilates works cumulatively — the more consistently you practice, the faster you will progress. Our Practice membership (unlimited classes) is designed for this frequency.
Yes — pilates has a long clinical history as a rehabilitation tool for back pain. Our Pilates for Backs class is co-designed with a physiotherapist. If you have a recent injury or surgery, please email us before booking so we can advise on the best class for you.
Yes. Memberships start from the day you sign up and are billed monthly from that date. You are not charged a pro-rated partial month — you simply start fresh and your billing date moves with you.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows on group classes will use your class credit. For private sessions, we ask for 24 hours' notice. We understand life happens — please just let us know as soon as you can.
