How does the free trial session work?

Your first 45-minute session is completely free and carries no obligation. We'll match you with a tutor based on subject, level, and learning style. After the trial, you can book sessions, switch tutors, or walk away — entirely your choice.

Are sessions online or in-person?

We offer both. Most of our tutors work online via our video platform with a built-in interactive whiteboard. Some tutors also offer in-person sessions; this is shown on each tutor's profile.

What subjects and year groups do you cover?

We cover Maths, Sciences, English, Modern Languages, and Arts. Year groups range from Year 3 (primary) through GCSE, A-Level, and university-level support including entrance exam preparation (11+, 13+, Oxbridge, US college).

How are tutors vetted?

All tutors are degree-educated from UK or equivalent universities, hold enhanced DBS checks, submit references, and complete a structured interview and test lesson. Less than 8% of applicants pass our screening.

Can we change tutors?

Yes, at any time and for any reason. If you'd like to try a different tutor, simply contact us and we'll arrange a new match. Unused session credits roll over automatically.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are charged at 50% of the session fee.
