By booking a session or using services provided by Wavelength Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Sessions cancelled with 48 or more hours notice receive a full credit toward future sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate.
You retain full ownership of all content recorded and produced in our studios. We do not claim any rights to your audio content. You grant us permission to list your show in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
All guests and clients are expected to treat our staff and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if a client is abusive, intoxicated, or causes damage to studio equipment.
Monthly plan payments are due on the first of each month. A la carte sessions require a 50% deposit to confirm booking, with the balance due on the session date. We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or service in question. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
